Our pool houses offer outdoor hospitality in luxurious and practical style. Each pool house we design combines a custom enclosure with a custom pavilion, gazebo, or pergola deck area to create a perfect pairing for indoor and outdoor relaxation. We offer extensive customizations to both the enclosure and deck area.
Our pool houses contain two sections: an enclosed area combined with a pavilion, gazebo, or pergola deck area.
Our standard enclosed area is designed with an A-frame roof, 2x4” framing with exterior wood siding, 5.5/12 roof pitch, architectural shingles, 2x4” rafters, LP wood panel exterior siding, unfinished interior, 24x36” white vinyl insulated windows, 6’ white fiberglass double door, solid panel, no windows (#66P), a 6’ white fiberglass sliding patio door, 15 lite, full view (6SPD), 3/4” tongue & groove smart flooring, 2x6” PT floor joists, and 4x4” PT runners.
